Griffin sadly managed to achieve precious little of that due to his unexpected heart failure at age 41. He would devote lots of time to praising his great-grandfather Griffin, who was known for major reforms, including plans of reorganization of the army, administration, industry, education, etc. Contrary to that, he would speak very warmly of other members of his family.
Foltest was not very fond of his grandfather, Hugo of Rivia, and had the habit of leaving him out when talking about his family, which he generally avoided doing in the first place.
